The Present Mixtape is Keith Gustin's debut mixtape which was digitally released on December 24, 2010. The Present Mixtape features appearences from Drake, J. Cole, and Scoo-B Ru. The mixtape has earned fame in the underground hip hop scene for Gustin, as is digitally downloadable on MediaFire[1] or DatPiff.com.[2]

Development

Keith Gustin began recording The Present Mixtape in 2010 with production from friend and fellow rapper Scoo-B Ru. While Gustin was producer of the tracks as well, he had help with production from Scoo-B Ru as well as the underground record company Tech Man Productions. Gustin also worked alongside J. Cole and Drake when recording the mixtape, though both performers were only featured on track 8 called "In the Mornin'".

Gustin also wrote and recorded "Blue and Green" with Scoo-B Ru as a featured performer. The song is a remix of "Black and Yellow" by Wiz Khalifa who has had a hand in influencing Gustin's career. "Blue and Green" honors the Seattle Seahawks in the same sense how "Black and Yellow" honors the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Present Mixtape was also mentioned on a Kanye West fansite titled KanyeToThe.com.[3]

The mixtape released 2 single which include "Just Another Day" and "Super Senior Status". However, other charted songs include "Blue and Green".
