King's Highway 54, commonly referred to as Highway 54, was a provincially maintained highway in the southern portion of the Canadian province of Ontario that connected Cayuga to Cainsville
Route description
[edit]Haldimand Regional Highway 54
[edit]The route of former Highway 54 begins in the south at Highway 3 (Talbot Road) in the community of Cayuga. The road travels North By Northwest as Haldimand Regional Highway 54. loosely following the Grand River for much of its length. It intersects with County Road 9 (York Road) In the small waterfront Community of York, Haldimand County.
Highway 54 Continues following the Grand River Northwest into Caledonia and passes under Highway 6 (Caledonia Bypass). Soon thereafter, the route enters the County of Brant, at the junction with Onondaga Townline Road Continuing Northwest now known as Brant County Highway 54.
