Bio

I'm 38 years old and was born and raised in Barrington, Illinois. I attended George Washington University, in Washington, D.C., graduating in 2007 with a B.A. in psychology. I lived in D.C. for four years following graduation, and moved back to Chicago in 2011. I then enrolled in the Master's in Sports Administration program at Northwestern University. While living in D.C., I became a huge Washington Capitals fan.

I have a wonderful dog- and people-loving pitbull named Austin who is the sweetest and weirdest dog in the world. I married my husband in March 2021.

My primary interest is sports, specifically hockey. Most articles that I edit and create on Wikipedia involve hockey players or other prominent figures in the sport. I also love true crime so I often do research on true crime stories. I frequently do grammar and spelling edits because it's a specialty of mine. Also, I frequently get bothered by articles with inconsistent and/or incomplete citation formats, so I correct those as well.
