CAREER

She has served as a teacher, supervisor, counsellor, researcher, advocate,writer and administrator for the last 25 years in various Nursing Campus of IOM, Tribhuvan University(Maharnjajgunj Nursing Campus, Pokhara, Biratnagar,Birgunj, BP Koirala Institute of Health Science,Nepalgunj) Lalitpur Nursing Campus 12 years and Stupa College of Health Science 6 years. She has been involved in promoting nursing education in Nepal. She has published a series of articles and research papers. She is the first lady Master in child health nursing in Nepal as well as first lady PhD holder from Bhojpur. She was awarded with 3M Scholarship 1975, Mahendra Bidhya Bhushan in 2000, Siksha Padak, NAN Awarded in 2005.
