Instead of making single pages, could you just focus your energy on making List of Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! characters, and merge all of the characters there? Per the fiction notablity guideline, character articles need to have out of universe information to exist. That includes development notes, reception notes, any impact on the real world, and notability in the real world. This is impossible for those characters. You should work on the character list and drive it towards featured list status (using List of Metal Gear Solid characters as a guide) or to featured article status if you can format it like Characters of Final Fantasy VIII.
