Saman Hosseinpuor
[edit]Saman Hosseinpuor was born in Kurdistan, Iran in 1993. He is a Kurdish Iranian Writer, Director and Producer, he made 10 short films and participated and awarded in several film festivals, such as: Zlín Film Festival, Busan International Film Festival and Red Sea Film Festival. he is an Asian film academy[1] and Berlinale Talents Alumni.[2] he holds bachelor's and Master's degree of Cinema and is a Student of Busan Asian Film School, AFiS Program.[3] His focus is on Kurdish culture and making films about his people, Kurdish people in Iran.[4] Saman Hosseinpuor is also an official member of Iranian Short Film Association.[5] Moreover, he is a Naff Fantastic film school alumnus.[6][7][8]
