Congratulations on reaching WP:GA status on Noel F. Parrish
The article Noel F. Parrish that you -researched, developed, and substantially contributed to has reached the Good Article status. Thank you for your work here. Ched would like to award you the GA Editing Barnstar.
Thanks Pumpkin - I really appreciate all your hard work and allowing me to share the stage with you folks. — Ched : ? 14:34, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
"It gives me great pleasure to garland you with this award." You have taken us to the beauty of remote American wildernesses and to places of historic significance. You made us meet stutterers, a ceramic artist and a Chinese teenage slave pioneer. Your contributions, factual but with compassion, are precious. You are an awesome Wikipedian, did you know? Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:01, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
For maintaining a calm center in the face of many storms, I award you this. — Ched : ? 00:28, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
...and the fact that I just love irony and karma. :-)
Thank you. That is so true. In the words of John Lennon in the 1970 song Instant Karma!, "...instant karma's gonna get you...and we all shine on..."PumpkinSkytalk 00:41, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
All we are saying ... <Ched waves arms back and forth overhead> .. OH YEA .. I am a HUGE Lennon fan. "Imagine" may well be my favorite song of all time. — Ched : ? 00:51, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
For transforming the English Wiki entry on Horst von der Goltz, a former stump of an entry into a much more thoroughly-fleshed-out article by translating and adding the German Wiki entry. User:Natty10000[Stop me before I edit again!] 12:21, 16 May 2012 (UTC)

Δ This user has endured a wide breadth of the institutional ignorance that darkens this organization, yet loves it still. Δ
When I told BR that some others also deserved the "Black barnstar of institutional shame", you were exactly one of the editors I was thinking about. Though I am not proud that our beloved Wikipedia has some dark corners, I am extremely proud at seeing ones like yourself who have endured; and now strengthen our own collective will to eradicate these vestiges of sorrow where the imbecile reigns. PumpkinSky, in the wake of your victory over the Yogo sapphire article, I just wanted to say that I have been very impressed over the last year watching you and other editors endlessly toil over every detail of the Yogo sapphire article. I doubt I would have that much patience and stamina, and neither do many other Wikipedians. Achieving FA status is truly remarkable, and you have my deepest respect. I hearby award you this barnstar for your efforts. *sharp salute* Jesse V. (talk) 06:07, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
For sticking with Wikipedia and Did You Know and providing us with articles on dissidents, wild places, historic buildings, horses and even tell-all books, I am proud to present you with this medal. Thank you :-) Yngvadottir (talk) 19:16, 25 June 2012 (UTC)

Dear PumpkinSky, thank you very much for helping me and the band Pezband to update their Wikipedia page! Your assistance in helping us negotiate the photo license process was invaluable, and we are very pleased with how the page turned out. Very best, Chuck Stack (CStack3) and Pezband! PumpkinSky, I want to thank you for all that you've done for the community so far. Your work with yogo sapphire was amazing, and I most recently I'd like to thank you for your help with my FA nomination of Folding@home. I am elated at its success and I'm very grateful for your help! :D All the best, • Jesse V.(talk) 14:54, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

Thank you for brilliant ideas and assistance, for making me think and smile, - repeating: you are an awesome Wikipedian (12 September 2007, 7 March 2009, 22 March 2009, 19 December 2009, 12 August 2010)!
Your return after the RFA hardships shows your commitment to Wikipedia, its values, and the overall continuation of the project as a whole. • Jesse V.(talk) 04:04, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
OH, why thank you very much. PumpkinSkytalk 09:52, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
It takes a lot of class to stand up in a very public place and say "Sorry, I got carried away". I admire that - and you know where I'm coming from with this, so 'nuff said. — Ched : ? 12:53, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
OK .. I am way too tired to fix that thing .. never did understand the "subst" crap. The bottom line is that I really appreciate everything you have done for this project.. and everything you have done for me. Years ago it was the "your day" thing you did, and even dropping an email to say "Miss ya .. come back". You truly are an amazing person, and I am so glad that I met you. (well sorta .. we never actually met IRL .. just ... whatever). Anyway, be it your work to acknowledge a WW II vet bio, to promote some DYK thing, or just an effort to reach out an touch another person in a real way ... You've been in the glass tower of arbcom .. to the hell of damnation ... and you always cared about others. You are one very special person .. and I just wanted to say that. TY PS. — Ched : ? 02:44, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
Why thank you Ched. I really truly appreciate that. PumpkinSkytalk 03:06, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
The wikipedia community appreciates your concerns (you can tell you have a ton of people supporting you on this one, ArbCom did set a bad precedent, unlike George Washington). Anyway, keep pushing through. Don't rile Jmh649 up and you'll be fine. Keep it up. WorldTraveller101BreaksFixes 00:06, 28 June 2013 (UTC)

Carrots!
As a previous recipient of the Pony Prize, here are some carrots for your pony, recognizing courage in the face of unjust persecution. For your contributions to bring Harry S. Truman (estimated annual readership: 1,144,000) to Featured Article status, I hereby present you the Million Award. Congratulations on this rare accomplishment, and thanks for all you do for Wikipedia's readers. -- Khazar2 (talk) 03:32, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
The Million Award is a new initiative to recognize the editors of Wikipedia's most-read content; you can read more about the award and its possible tiers (Quarter Million Award, Half Million Award, and Million Award) at Wikipedia:Million Award. You're also welcome to display this userbox:
If I've made any error in this listing, please don't hesitate to correct it; if for any reason you don't feel you deserve it, please don't hesitate to remove it; if you know of any other editor who merits one of these awards, please don't hesitate to give it; if you yourself deserve another award from any of the three tiers, please don't hesitate to take it! -- Khazar2 (talk) 03:32, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Why thanks! Good idea too! PumpkinSkytalk 09:51, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
Great award - and well deserved! Kafka had a million in two days, remember? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:58, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
I've been slow in following up on this, but Gerda's quite right--even without the main page appearance, Kafka clocks in at a bit over a million. Which means I owe you a second one of these:
The Million Award
For your contributions to bring Franz Kafka (estimated annual readership: 1,002,000) to Featured Article status, I hereby present you the Million Award. Congratulations on this rare accomplishment, and thanks for all you do for Wikipedia's readers. -- Khazar2 (talk) 01:44, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
Not many Wikipedians have two of these--well done! That's a heck of a lot of people your work is serving. -- Khazar2 (talk) 01:44, 31 August 2013 (UTC)

Enjoy this treat for your help with Antinomian Controversy; I think I have your fixes in place, and will plan to promote the article after a bit more tweaking. BTW, I think the Saints Portal is good. If you go to the portal, there is a list of article topics at the top. "Antinomianism" would fit right in, except the article hasn't been written yet. My impression is that any religious figure(s) would be worthy of mention in that portal as well.
I was happy to see the DYK this morning, so thanks for moving things along so expeditiously!Sarnold17 (talk) 01:35, 10 July 2012 (UTC)

IPs can't make Wiki love--well, you know. I see you've been talking about me, and I appreciate what you all did. "Inflammatory" is probably a bit of a composite (it's certainly true, but not verified verbally, if you will). Then again, "goat fucker" inflamed a lot of people, as one of the sources indicated. Anyway, thank you so much for your help. 66.168.247.159 (talk) 22:32, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
Congratulations! You have received a pony! Ponies are cute, intelligent, friendly (most of the time, though with notable exceptions), promote good will, encourage patience, and enjoy carrots. Treat your pony with respect and he will be your faithful friend! Montanabw(talk) 19:01, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

Treats!
As a previous recipient of the Appy Pony Prize, here is some sugar for your pony, recognizing your ability to get back on the horse that threw ya!. Ponies do not really need sugar because they are prone to be easy keepers, so this is a special treat, only given once! (Subsequent awards shall consist of carrots). I'm not sure why people are avoiding this nomination like the plague, but IMHO the only thing which it is waiting for is someone who picks a hook. Seeing as you got involved with this nomination before (though merely in a mediating role), could you please take a second look at it and approve one of the hooks? If you happen to identify any additional issues and list them, then of course that's fine too. Thanks in advance! —♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 20:37, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

I missed the recent turn of events, but I must say I'm shocked at how quickly you got shafted. Have some es teler; I can't give you anything alcoholic, but the name is synonymous with "high" (it's somewhat more delicious than it looks). — Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:28, 17 June 2013 (UTC)

A year ago, Yogo sapphire appeared on the Main page, your return as a respected writer of featured articles, assisted by a great team, - Wikipedia at its best. I am very pleased that a Bach cantata shared the same page, Ein ungefärbt Gemüte, - the title can be translated as "An open mind" ;)
