Yvonne Lowrene Wright (born 1951 in New York City) is an American singer, songwriter, lyricist. Wright is a Grammy nominated songwriter best know for her co-writing collaborations with Stevie Wonder. During Stevie's "classic period of musical writing" that included the album "Talking Book," Yvonne wrote lyrics for " You Got It Bad Girl,"and " I Believe(When I fall In Love This Time It Will Be Forever." The documentary "The Secret Life of Plants," written by Stevie Wonder: Yvonne Wright wrote the lyrics "Black Orchard." .[1][2][3][4][5][6]
