I am a 26 year old male and i was born and currently reside in the Netherlands.
I have been visiting wikipedia for several years now, and it is one of my favorite websites. My passion is History. I love anything and everything about it. Though i like some subjects more then others, i do not focus on any specific period or location in history, so my approach is pretty general.
[[1]] ---> A translation of Galileo's letter in 1610 where he details his observations on the unevenness of the moon, the observation of countless more stars then previously known to man, and the discovery of 3 starlets, small indeed, but very bright around jupiter. Fascinating!
[[2]] ---> Translations of records of the Bamberg witch trials of 1626 to 1631, and a letter that one of the victims wrote after he was tortured and confessed to witchcraft, and before he was executed for witchcraft; When at last the executioner led me back into the prison, he said to me: "Sir, I beg you, for God's sake confess something, whether it be true or not. Invent something, for you cannot endure the torture which you will be put to; and, even if you bear it all, yet you will not escape, not even if you were an earl, but one torture will follow after another until you say you are a witch. .....its extremely telling that the executioner would say these things.

Using google to find pictures of paintings/sites that collect pictures of paintings; upload the paintings and add them to each corresponding painter's article; categorize the paintings.
Visiting pages on painters, and adding the works they painted to the year in art pages.
expanding the lists of state leaders/nobility/religious leaders/important officials per year into seperate, much more extensive per country pages. (this would be a continuation of my State Leaders project)
