Hydrocracker Theatre Company is a British theatre company specialising in site-specific work.

Founded in 2003 by playwright Neil Fleming and director Geoff Church, the company now has five principals: actor Jem Wall, who is Artistic Director, Neil Fleming who is both company writer and serves as general manager, Producer Judith Hibberd, actor Richard Hahlo, and Geoff Church. Wall, Fleming, Hahlo and Church are company directors.
