[edit]Vinilkosmo est un label indépendant situé à Donneville, près de Toulouse. La particularité de cette maison de disques est de produire et de distribuer uniquement des artistes chantant en langue espéranto.
Histoire
[edit]Vinilkosmo a été créé en 1990 par Floréal Martorell dans le cadre de l'association musicale d'espéranto EUROKKA.
En janvier 1999, Vinilkosmo se professionnalise et devient donc indépendant d'EUROKKA. Cependant, cela n'empêche pas les deux organisations de rester liées dans leurs activités. C'est aussi à partir de cette époque que ROK-gazet' est édité par Vinilkosmo, bien qu'il reste l'organe d'EUROKKA.
Depuis juillet 2009, Vinilkosmo propose une plate-forme de téléchargement légal de la plupart des albums édités, sur son site dédié, Vinilkosmo-MP3.
Projet Kolekto 2000
[edit]Vinilkosmo se fit remarquer du monde espérantiste à travers son projet Kolekto 2000 qui produisit dans son propre studio d'enregistrement entre 1998 et 2000 dix albums originaux de qualité :
Depuis, par ses nombreuses compilations et productions originales, la société est devenue un des acteurs majeurs de la culture espérantiste.

Vinilkosmo is independent French record label based in Donneville outside of Toulouse focusing on recordings in the language Esperanto and aimed at the Esperanto community.
The label was founded by Floréal Martorell in 1990 within the framework of the Esperanto music association EUROKKA (Esperanto-Universala Rok-Organizo, Kolektiva Komunik-Asocio). It became an independent business in 1999, but still maintains close ties with EUROKKA, and publishes the association's newsletter ROK-gazet'.

En novembro 1989 venis al Tuluzo Amplifiki por surbendigi en studio Maria ET du titolojn por la kompil-disketo de Vinilkosmo kaj la kasedalbumon Esperanto "ne konas landlimojn." Decembre 89 kaj januare 90 JoMo preparis albumon kun La Rozmariaj Beboj en studio La court des Miracles kaj profitis la okazon por surbendigi du kromajn kantojn por la projekto de Vinilkosmo. Printempe 1990 ĉio estis preta. La disko (1000 ekz-oj) aperis en majo 1990.
Amplifiki
He dates the beginning of the label with release of the first album with Amplifiki and La RB. It was recorded at other studios where the bands were already recording (they recorded extra tracks for the V album).
He mentions meeting Kajto at IJK in 1989. But doesn't count their first album as V release. It sounds like they recorded it themselves, release it themselves at the UK that year, and VK then handled distribution,
Kajto and Persone whom Martorell had met at IJK earlier that soon also became VK recording artists,
According to Martorell, the plan to start a record label was hatched at a EUROKKA meet-up in Toulouse in 1989. The label's name, which means "Vinyl Cosmos" in Esperanto, was suggested by JoMo.(La Onda)
