Phase I Strategic Impact PlansThe following Strategic Impact Plans [1], [2]. have been assigned to a Working Group member as a Task Force leader responsible for convening a team, obtaining the necessary resources and achieving the Desired Effects specified in the plan by the timeframe stated in the Impact Plan. These Strategic Impact Plans reflect significant aggregation of the most critical Centers of Gravity that must change to achieve the Phase I Objectives. Critical recommendations and decisions are resolved through timely, effective, structured and transparent discussions. All working group members are aligned around critical recommendations and decisions.
