My name is Michael J Nuell. Although I have experience in the technology field and spend several years studying combinatorial game theory, my main expertise is tai chi and wudang arts. I was a close disciple of Bow-sim Mark for more than two decades, attending her school in Boston an average of 6 days a week. There I taught children and beginners, led the performance team, served as a main performance partner of Bow Sim Mark in her "Wushu theater" days and in her final years exhibiting tai chi Wudang Sword, and eventually served as a senior instructor at the Chinese Wushu Research Institute in Boston after her withdraw from public life in the 2010's.
You can validate my credential on the instructor list at https://www.facebook.com/Bow-Sim-Mark-Tai-Chi-Instructors-102036865810097, and further contact Bow Sim Mark's daughter Chris Yen for verification. My main purpose here will be minor corrections to pages on these subjects, and potentially creating a page or two where an important figure in these arts needs to be represented.
One example of a contribution was updating the Donnie Yen page to specify that he learned "Shaolin and Wudang" under his mother's tutelage, which can be verified from photos and text in two of her books, where it had been stated prior that he had merely learned "tai chi" from her, which was misleading, since much of his early fame came from Shaolin Kung Fu styles combined with the Fu Style Baguazhang waist training, which is a famous style in Wudang quan.
