MgCupcake is a self-confessed "die-hard film geek" who loves going to the cinema and hopes to one day direct her own films. MgCupcake is also a devoted fan of music. Her favorite music artists of all time are Radiohead, The Smiths/Morrissey, Interpol, Kate Bush and Bikini Kill. Currently, she enjoys listening to Conor Oberst, Lily Allen, Animal Collective and Grizzly Bear. Other obsessions include theater, LGBT issues, feminism, New Zealand, parapsychology, and the National Hockey League. About The Username

Vanilla-frosted cupcakes with sprinkles. The username "MgCupcake" pays homage to MgCupcake's favorite little bakery in New York, the Magnolia Bakery. Because she could not find a picture of their world-famous cupcakes, MgCupcake will just have to make do with the delicious-looking cupcakes at left. Mmmmmm. Frosting.
