Schedule Consult is consultant company that provides solutions for airline companies in network planning and schedule optimization. It was established in 1993, founded by Jaap van Rooij.

History

Given the growing complexity of the network, Schedule Consult supported the LIAT team to optimize profitability during the crisis.

Since 2010 till present, Schedule consult made a network plan, network, yield and revenue management for Sky Work Airlines. The aim was to develop of a multi-year perspective for the development of Sky Work Airlines' network and schedules, through:

• Thorough analysis of potential markets and assessment of the competitive situation in each market and compare of several alternative strategies and their potential impact on Sky Work's markets and profits;
• Monitoring of the development of the network and its profitability throughout the business plan period and tuning and optimization based on actual results.
• Dynamic yield management, allocating the optimal fare and capacities to each flight, constant evaluation and steering. Pricing. Cooperation with the marketing department to identify specific campaign targets.

For Air Nugini, Projects performed by Schedule Consult involved: coaching network department (2010), short term schedule improvements (2006), fleet plan (2007) and assessing the future opportunities (2007).

For Kuwait Airways, quick win scan (identification of short-term possibilities to improve company results via adjustments in network and schedules (2000))and a network strategy (review of the companies strategic needs and opportunities, trade-off between various directions and adjustments to hub structure, fleet and crew planning, screening of operational standards like the ground-time policy, (2001)).
