Usage

- Parameters
At least one of the parameters spam, howto, and personal should be used. The dmoz parameter is optional.
- Use spam=yes to display a message saying that spam links were removed.
- Use howto=yes to display a message saying that numerous, redundant links to how-to sites were removed.
- Use personal=yes to display a message saying that links to personal websites, blogs, guides, essays, etc., were removed.
- Use dmoz=yes to display a message saying that a DMOZ link was substituted for the links that were removed.
