Deletion rationale

Article recreated right after speedy deletion. There's still no indication of significance. I noticed there are 23 links under "External links", so I began examining them.

The very first link is to a discussion page (not a reliable source) where someone asks whether they even existed, and a couple of the respondents said the one album wasn't memorable. Not a helpful start.

Link 2 is a similar post in the same discussion forum. Link 3 is the only one I followed that leads to substantial coverage, but it's a blog entry, not a reliable source. Link 4 doesn't mention Cindy & Roy. Link 5 leads to a nonexistent Facebook page. Link 6 doesn't mention them. Link 7 is their music playing on YouTube, which isn't a demonstration of notability. Link 8 leads to a nonexistent page. Link 9 is someone selling a CD of theirs. Link 10 is the same question as Link 1. Link 11 doesn't mention them. Link 13 is a spam page. Link 14 is another repeat of Link 1. That's as far as I looked.

So, I looked in good faith to see if the links conveyed any significance not carried by the text, but they don't.
