Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are: Declined by DoubleGrazing 44 days ago.

Association Initiative Al Amal pour l'Intégration Sociale (AIAIS)[1] is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Casablanca, Morocco. Established in 2018, the association aims to support the socio-economic integration of vulnerable young people, particularly those leaving institutional care at age 18. It provides vocational training, educational support, and psychological assistance to facilitate their transition into independent adulthood.
Background:
[edit]AIAIS was founded by Hani El Harraq, a former resident of a social care institution, who sought to address the challenges faced by youth as they age out of care facilities. El Harraq's personal experience shaped the association’s mission of empowering these young individuals through educational and vocational programs.
Programs:
[edit]One of AIAIS’s flagship initiatives is the Forsa wa Taahil program, launched in 2021. This program targets youth from orphanages and social care institutions, providing them with the tools needed to achieve socio-economic independence. The program is structured around three pillars:
- Encadrement (mentorship and guidance),
- Formation (vocational and academic training),
- Insertion (job placement).
The initiative has reached over 300 young people, offering personalized support based on their educational background and professional goals. For those with academic achievements, the program helps them pursue further education, while those without qualifications receive vocational training to enter the job market.
