Scope
[edit]Wikipedia has many articles on things you don't care about, for example the Han dynasty, Aristotle and the printing press. But there's no need for dismay over this misguided focus on historical events, thinkers and technology, because right now Wikipedians from around the world are getting together to increase the content and coverage of the world's second most important topic: doughnuts.
The goal is to add new articles on doughnut varieties that have been ignored here for far too long, and to improve the content of all doughnut articles with crucial information that people hungry for knowledge are seeking. Editors coming together in a ring of unity will triumph over the cold, dark, ignorance that is life without fried dough and other batters. So, get out there and write about this critical subject.
Editors are needed to sprinkle out and cover this broad topic. Photos are also needed, so remember to take pictures before eating your work. Please get involved and help with this important effort!
Choose from among the articles listed below as needing adoption or start expanding and improving Wikipedia's existing coverage around this critical subject. Merges, redirects and expansions welcome. See also doughnut, list of doughnut varieties and fried dough foods.
