Cas Teresa Sigers (born May 24, 1970) is an American writer, director and producer. She is best known for her movie, When Love Kills: The Falicia Blakely Story (2017), for which she was nominated for two NAACP Image Awards, outstanding writing and outstanding TV feature. She is also known for other movies like Digital Lives Matter (2016), Girlfriend's Getaway 1& 2 (2014 & 2015), and Welcome to the Family (2015).

Sigers grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was married to Anthony Beedles and has a son, Kingston Beedles (2005) and a daughter, Brooklyn Beedles (2010). She divorced in 2022.
