If you are the same person who previously edited as JRG, I strongly recommend that you tag your userpage with {{User previous account|JRG}}. Otherwise, you may be regarded as a WP:SOCKPUPPET and blocked. Vanjagenije (talk) 08:04, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for closing this out. For the record I have never have had any control over the User:JRG account. JCN217 (talk) 08:40, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Moving citations from the lede

[edit]

Your moves of heritage citations out of the lede paras isn't conformant with the policy. The formats of these heritage articles was agreed some years ago. These articles' notability is due to their heritage listing and so it was felt this citation should be included in the lede. It is quite usual to have a few highly relevant citations which support the lede's main claims (particularly related to notability) in the lede. The MOS advice is to avoid a clutter of citations on detailed individual points in the lede; in the articles I have seen you change, you removed the only citation from the lede, so it wasn't exactly cluttered. I hope this explanation helps. Kerry (talk) 08:38, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
