Welcome to my talk page. Here are some tips to help you communicate with me:

  • Please continue any conversation on the page where it was started.
Thus, if I have left a message on your talk page please DO NOT post a reply here. I will have your talk page on watch and will note when you have replied.
  • Add or respond to an existing conversation under the existing heading.
  • Indent your comment when replying by using an appropriate number of colons ':'.
  • Create a new heading if the original conversation is archived.
  • To initiate a new conversation on this page click on this link.
  • You should sign your comments. You can do this automatically by typing four tildes (~~~~).
  • And this all probably sounded like I enjoy biting people. It's not meant that way. :-) .

Store norske leksikon as a source

[edit]

It's a single source; as such, under the WP:GNG, it can't constitute a notability-proving wonder drug all on its own. Ironholds (talk) 08:57, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's a national encyclopedia. Of course it can. I'll say, if something is in a national encyclopedia, I sure will deprod. Take the article to AFD if you got a problem with it. Greswik (talk) 16:22, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with you here, Greswik. Geschichte (talk) 14:34, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Care to retract or correct a comment?

[edit]

This comment you made, where you said "the first person replying here [i.e., me] is the person who has made a lot of this articles", is blatantly false and in my view tries to paint my opinion as somehow to be ignored. You might want to check the histories of the articles nominated for deletion - I have not edited a single one of them. Care to retract or correct your comment? StrPby (talk) 12:45, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Replied to in the thread. Greswik (talk) 13:12, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the clarification. StrPby (talk) 13:16, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. Cause I was honestly a bit harsh. :-) Greswik (talk) 13:22, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Husleie

[edit]

Heyo; I've removed your CSD tag from Husleie because it isn't an ad. I don't see any promotional language that would make it such (although it is, I'm pretty sure, non-notable - hence the PROD). Thanks, Ironholds (talk) 04:09, 26 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh well, written by a SPA with a name implying it is someone connected to the production of the item doesn't impress you. Just because it is incompetent, it can't be spam? Anyhow, it is long gone now. Greswik (talk) 18:26, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
