Aleksandra Ziomka Klein

Aleksandra Ziomka Klein (born in Kozienice, Poland) is a Polish film and television producer, fashion model, and model agent. She co-founded the talent agency Selective Management in Warsaw and has been involved in various notable film and media projects. Klein was raised in Wałbrzych, Poland, and resides in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Early Life and Education

Growing up in Wałbrzych, Poland, Aleksandra Ziomka Klein developed an early passion for the arts and media. After studying at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, she pursued a TV and Film Production degree from the Warsaw Film School. Her education laid the groundwork for her multifaceted career in both the creative and business worlds.

Career

Fashion Modeling

Klein first entered the spotlight as an international fashion model, working with top publications and brands worldwide. She appeared in editorials for Elle, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan, with assignments taking her to Germany, Italy, Japan, and Korea. She also featured in WP Telewizja’s show Być Jak Modelka, which offered viewers an inside look at the modeling industry and showcased her experiences within it. Her experiences in the fashion industry later inspired her work in talent management.

Film and Media Production

Following her modeling career, Klein took on the role of Production Manager for Nad Wisłą (By the River). The film, directed by Agata Korycka, gained critical acclaim and received several awards and nominations: Boston Independent Film Awards, Sea of Art Festival, LGBT Film Festival Poland (2020), Jan Machulski Award (2021), Tofifest (2020), and SHORTCUT International Short Film Competition.

Talent Management

In 2019, Klein co-founded Selective Management, a talent agency based in Warsaw. With her experience as a model, she was well-positioned to mentor emerging talent and navigate the complexities of the fashion industry. At Selective Management, she directed business operations, implemented strategies for global expansion, and negotiated high-profile contracts with major fashion brands. Her work as a Model Agent bridged her expertise in both the creative and business aspects of fashion.
