Marcin Michał Horała is a Polish politician of the PiS party serving as a member of the Sejm since 2015.

Biography

Graduated from the III General Education Liceum in Gdynia and law and political science at the University of Gdańsk.[1] After graduation, he worked in one of Gdynia's maritime companies.[2]

In November 2019, he was appointed Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Government Plenipotentiary for "CPK for the Republic of Poland".[3] In the 2023 election, he was elected to the Sejm for the third time in a row, winning 47,974 votes.[4] In December 2023, after the construction of a new government, he lost his positions.[5] In June 2024, together with Paulina Matysiak, from the Left Together party, he announced the project Yes for Development, which advocates for the construction of the Central Communication Port (CPK).[6]
