To Cremepuff

[edit]

Hey, guess what! I figured out a bunch of stuff! Check out my pages now! They are no longer boring! ----Chiefsfan364 02:48, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

From Cremepuff

[edit]

First, sign your name with four tildas (~~~~). Sorry, Brett, I didn't bring home my Lewis and Clark worksheets. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 01:11, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Is the vandalism star for me? I didn't really ever fight any vandalism that I'm aware of, and I certainly didn't tell anyone. Also, you need to sign your name in the barnstar's description. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 01:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Brett, what's with your signature? If you checked the raw signature box in your preferences, make sure the signature looks like this: User:Cheifsfan364. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 01:23, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, I spelled your name wrong. It should be User:Chiefsfan364. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 01:28, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Very nice. Go to this page to see my signature.

Go to Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. I could probably find an adopter quite quickly (alliteration-coolness) if you can't. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 01:31, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

On the matter of vandalism

[edit]

Yes, of course its for you! All those userboxes that said you were a member of the Anti-Vandilism thing scared me, because I was going to vandalize your page (HE HE)

Hello

[edit]

Please go here. --Cremepuff222 (talk) 22:17, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

SIGN, PLEASE!

[edit]

Please sign my autograph book! THANKS! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:58, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the comment, but I do believe that the main purpose of an autograph book is to collect signatures. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 22:51, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Sign your messages, please. Just go to his page, then his discussion. Have to go eat, now. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:13, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Sorry. Also, if I said your current user page looks bad, wouldn't I sorta be dissing myself? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:38, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Adopt-a-user

[edit]

Cremepuff222 told me that you were seeking a user to adopt you. If that is true, then I will gladly adopt you.  ~Steptrip 00:19, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

RE:Adoption

[edit]

Add Steptrip to your userpage and post any questions or comments you have on my talk page. (It's the "trip" part of Steptrip :-) . By the way, I may have my username changed to User:King of Spades in the next month or so, so if you see a comment left on your page by a User:King of Spades, it's me.

Some information:

 • I am not one of those users who will try to mentor users as if they are college professors, so I will be focused on your questions only.
 • My areas of expertise are userpage design and Anti-Vandalism work.
 • Remember, all administrators, bureaucrats, oversights, checkusers, stewards, and developers were once new to Wikipedia.

Sorry for the Great American novel that I just posted on your talk page.  ~Steptrip 00:57, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

SIGNATURE MADNESS

[edit]

MR. FAN! SIGN YOUR POSTS! IF YOU DON"T FIX IT IN THE NEXT FIVE MINUTES, I THINK THAT I WILL EXPLODE!!!!!!!

Nice job getting adopted. Did you manage to do that all by yourself? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 00:59, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Another thing: Don't delete or overwrite your previous massages as they are archived into an archive (no kidding?). You may also want to consider placing a link to your talk page in your signature (see this-disregard the first line). --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 01:06, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

RE:Userpage

[edit]

I'm not one to tell you what does and what doesn't belong on your userpage, but I believe maybe a userbox subpage, a status changer, and maybe even a menu like on my userpage may fit in well with yours, you may have to change a few colors, though. If you don't like some of these ideas, it won't hurt my feelings if you tell me so. Just keep the "A special thanks" section :-D

A few useful links:

Thanks,

 ~Steptrip 01:33, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for the multiple edits.

User Page Assistance

[edit]

What up? Sorry if I made you mad, I was just slightly frustrated.

Vandalism

[edit]

Nice job vandalising my vandalism page. I've seen better, though! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 22:15, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

I see that you crossed off your name on Nos's user page. I crossed mine off too! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 22:36, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Very nice. Thanks for adding a link to your talk page! It makes life so musch easier! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:20, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Just like you would any other old link. talk

Why does it look so messed-up? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:32, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

To whom this may concern:
You have just editted another user's user page without his or her permission. For that, you shall be burned on the stake. In other words, don't edit another user's page without his or her permission!

Clock

[edit]

Where did you get that clock that is in the top right hand corner ?  ~Steptrip 00:42, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Yes, but I have one on my userpage, so I do not need it. (And what time zone are you in, as I can (or show you how to) tweak up the clock to your specific time zone.  ~Steptrip 00:55, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

MORE SIGNATURE MADNESS!!!

[edit]

GO TO MY TALK PAGE AND SIGN YOUR POSTS! Did you find the article alright? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 01:13, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

This is starting to get on my nerves. The posts that I am referring to are the assignment one and the are you still there? one. Son't post messages in a different conversation. You don't have to create a new heading for each message too. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 01:28, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

User Page

[edit]

Hello! I just have to say, your user page is the most unorganized thing I have ever seen. You may want to consider hiring a renovator. Also, I didn't fall for you prank (nice try, though...). --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 20:36, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

RE:Clock

[edit]

What time zone are you in, what date format do you want, and do you want your clock to be a 24-hour clock or a 12-hour one? Once I know, I can tell you how to do it : - )  ~Steptrip 20:58, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

I am in time zone -6. (Is this how you write it?) and am in Iowa. A 12 hour clock would be nice.

Tips...

[edit]

Nice POTW thing. Here are some tips that you may find useful...

 • If you look at your signature sometimes, you'll see a horizontal bar. This is because you're using four dashes. I recommend using either two, one, or none. I just placed two dashes in my signature so I simply had to use ~~~~, and...
 • If you want your signature to be similar to mine, paste Chiefsfan364 (talk). The vertical bars ( | ) can be used to display text different than the link's name.

That's it for now! See ya. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 18:14, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Need some help

[edit]

Hello, fan. I really, really need help with something. Please go here. I seems that I am not smart enough to make a point. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:14, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Before that, take a look at these messages... here, here, here, and here. It should show you how I feel. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:20, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

User talk:Spawn Man

aPLEes Are Sorta Excellent. To mE, eXtremely Tart, Much elEvating! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 01:16, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Hey, Mr. Fan! I like how your signature is pretty totally sweet! --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 19:21, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Also, please use two equal signs, not one. An easier method to starting a conversation is to use the "+" sign at the top of the talk page. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 20:15, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

New Userbox!!

[edit]

Please add to your userboxes! Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 02:36, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Hello

[edit]

Hello, Fan. I saw that you made edits to the Sergeant Bluff page, but I didn't see any differencess... What did you change? Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:15, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

The Luton issue isn't a problem, beacuse someday a user will come across it and decide "I think I'll start the Luton page", so there you go. The wrong name stuff was because I simply copy and pasted text and forgot to change it. Ah, the joys of laziness! Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:22, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

On the Matter of Luton, Iowa...

[edit]

Umm, why did you just create that page and then sign it with your name? I reckon that in at most five minutes, someone will nominate it for deletion... Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:26, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Luton, Iowa, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template hangon to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book) 23:39, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

You shouldn't add that damn box to other user's page. Edit reverted. Snowolf (talk) CON COI - 00:10, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

Fake Messages Box

[edit]

Good morning (GMT time); this is a little informal advice here, rather than anything more serious. Please remove that messages box at the top; it does not benefit the encyclopedia, or any of its editors: it simply annoys them.

RfAs have failed because of those boxes - the community might remain silent, but they sure don't like it when it's the fortieth they've seen in a week.

Hopefully you will choose to follow my advice, and spend the contributions time in the mainspace.

Kindest regards,
anthonycfc [talk] 01:09, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

RE:Messages Header

[edit]

I was perusing your's and Snowolf's talk page, and I think that Snowolf was referring to the prank new messages header at the top of your talk page, however they [Snowolf] could have been more civil than indicated on this page. Please ask me any questions that have anything to do with whatever you may not be good at in editing.  ~Steptrip 01:48, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

Userpage

[edit]

A medley of comments

[edit]

Well, your signature violates the fourth part of Wikipedia:Signatures, so fix it, and to see how to do the menu, go to Computernurd's talk page. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:01, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Use <span style="font-family: Font Name; font-size: 12pt">your signature</span> as your raw signature. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:25, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit]

My menu is at User:Cremepuff222/Menu. Copy and paste it into User:Chiefsfan364/Menu. Change all of the Cremepuff222s into Chiefsfan364s. Then, place into your user page. (This is called transcluding). --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:24, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for my rudeness, but it is really the simplest thing in the world. See the part that says 12pt? Why not change it to something like 10pt or 8pt? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:26, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Good job! Did you figure out your menu? --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:30, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Like I said earlier, change ALL Cremepuff222s to Chiefsfan364s. --Cremepuff222 (talk, sign book, review me!) 22:34, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
