[edit]L Narayana was born on 16th october 1916 in a noble family to Sri L.Pentaih and Smt L.Shanthamma , in the Lakadaram village, Patancheru mandal, Medak District. He was 2nd son to his parents, had a elder brother and three younger sisters. His father and brother Served as railway employees. He pursued his metric and Intermediate from Mahboob College, Secunderabad. He was married to Smt Lakshmi Bai and blessed with five sons and six daughters.
Principles, Practices and Beliefs:
[edit]Joined the Arya Samaj during his metriculation.Inpired by the principles of Dayananda Saraswati about "Krinvantho vishwam aryam" (let us make this world a noble place) and joined the movement.
Followed the footsteps of Dayananda Saraswati who inspired the Hindu nation to aspire to Swarajya (self governance), nationalism, and spiritualism. He advocated the equal rights and respects to women and advocated for the education of all children, regardless of gender, started participating in the freedom struggle from then.
He opposed the sacrifice of animals near Ujjaini Mahankali Temple, Secunderabad which was a long lived custom.
Was a staunch Supporter and Promoter of "Swadeshi" and Practiced Yoga and Pranayama techniques daily to keep himself healthy.
Struggle for Indian Independence and Fight for the Self Rule:
[edit]Started participating in the freedom struggle from a early age. He was sensitive towards the in human activities of the British and Nizams. He actively organised and participated in different freedom movements, from Nagpur as the center. He was Arrested in different movements and jailed by British Authorities.
After the Quit India movement, he was Jailed and was Released from jail on 24-11-1947, after the British were shown way out of our country.
Worked as Accounts Officer in Nizam Railways. He has been elected as President for Railway Trade Union and also served as a President for Railways Employees Credit Cooperative Society. He Fought against Atrocities of Nizam Railways Management(British) and Resigned the Job. He and his brother Shankariah collectively provided shelter and protection to their neighbors in their home when the Razakars attacked people in Secunderabad.
Telangana Agitation and Political Life:
[edit]In 1969 Telangana Agitation was a Political Movement for the statehood for Telangana region. It is a major event in Telangana Movement. He fought for the seperate Telangana State Agitation and was jailed for 6 months at Rajamundry Central Jail. Contested as a Medak districts Zilla Parishad Chairman

Relected to Legislative Assembly as MLA in 1978-1983 with a thumping majority.
Worked as Chairman for Public Accounts Committee.

Worked as President for Praga Tools Employees Union.
Worked as President for Deccan Iron And Steel Employees Union.

Worked as President for Secunderabad Monda Market Amali Union.
Worked as Selection Committee Member Government Polytechnic.
