FITTERY is a Hong Kong-based meal preparation and delivery service company founded in 2022. The company operates a 4,000-square-foot food production facility in San Po Kong, Hong Kong.

The company name combines the words "fit" and "eatery." Their services include prepared meals designed in consultation with nutritionists, with a focus on health-conscious dining options.

In 2023, the lifestyle publication Honeycombers recognized FITTERY in their Reader's Choice awards.

The company maintains an online presence through their website, which includes nutritional information and meal planning resources. As of 2024, the company reports having produced over 500,000 meals.

History and current situation

FITTERY is a meal plan startup that specializes in personalized healthy meals, it started its operation and promotion on social media platforms in 2022. By specializing in calorie controlled meals, its original goal is to help clients achieve their health goals through diet moderation as opposed to food restriction.

FITTERY has six Deliveroo sites in Hong Kong now. They now provide delivery service and at least six DIY meal plans for customers to select. They also offer a wide range of meal plans curated by certified nutritionists to cater to diverse dietary needs. Whether people’s goal is what, such as losing weight or building up muscle, they have a plan that caters to everyone. Each plan can be finetuned based on people’s personal allergies and other physiological factors.

FITTERY is a company that mainly produces healthy food. According to the different needs of customers, such as weight loss, zero starch, balanced diet, muscle gain, vegetarianism, etc., nutritionists prepare healthy meals that are more suitable for different needs. Healthy diet packages include customers who can directly purchase already prepared packages or DIY boxes.

1.Meal Plan

Customers can choose to purchase a healthy meal plan, which is a healthy meal menu produced by nutritionists after research. Customers can directly choose to purchase healthy  Chinese or meals at different times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

2.DIY BOX(Customize Meal)

DIY BOX allows you to create the perfect meal with over 25 ingredients and 2000 combinations to choose from. All food is cooked fresh to order (never frozen) and delivered to you in 2 working days.

Partnerships and Collaborations

FITTERY collaborates with Hong Kong University's Medical Faculty. Provide staff and students with calorie-restricted meals to meet their nutritional needs. One hundred various kinds of Chinese and western dishes are offered. Furthermore, delivery of meals to the workplace are free of charge and don't require a minimum order quantity.

Besides, FITTERY developed the first meal plan program in partnership with the Hong Kong China Rugby team (HKCR). Offering a simple menu guarantees that every meal has at least 50g of lean protein and 60g of low-GI carbs, which is the minimum daily intake required for professional athletes. HKCR subsidizes the project allowing each meal to require only 63 Hong Kong dollars. The delivery process will be conducted every Monday and Thursday. All meals can be kept for two days in the HKCR office ready to supply to athletes at any time.

FITTERY also has partnerships with 20 gyms, wellness studios in Hong Kong.

For the delivery process, FITTERY collaborates with Deliveroo with six distinct locations: Aberdeen, Quarry Bay, Mei Foo, Kwai Chung, Tuen Mun, and Tseung Kwan O. Additionally, it partnered with Pickupp. The company uses big data and artificial intelligence to assist them in creating an effective delivery system. Enabling the delivery agent to determine the quickest path.  Pickupp also assists them with marking and organizing the meal boxes. Apart from that, Pickupp can offer real-time delivery tracking. They enable FITTERY to keep an eye on delivery progress and guarantee on-time delivery with advanced GPS tracking systems and visual confirmation of delivery.
