AvantGuarde is a retired art professor at a small college in Vermont. His recent films have been exhibited at independent film festivals; although his true art interest is the future of humanity and artistic expression.

A self-described "Art Activist", AvantGuarde is not so over the hill that he does not recognize artistic and cultural movements that could possibly change our future from a downward spiral to one of hope for all (and that definitely includes the "haves" and the "have-nots").
