I'll make the occasional minor edit when I see something that needs to be added or corrected somewhere. I hope to get around to writing some actual articles and making more significant contributions at some point, maybe convert some things I've been forced to research for school.
I have an excellent grasp on the English language and a vast vocabulary at my disposal. However, I occasionally use profanity and it's not intended to be rude or offensive. It's not in violation of any of the official Wikipedia policys. They are just words after all.
My personal policy on profanity is that it's perfectly acceptable on discussion pages in the course of civil conversation as long as it's not used in name calling or personal attacks. For example if I were to say "User X is an asshole" that would be unacceptable. If however I were to state that "section X of an article is all fucked up" or "that statement is complete bullshit" those would be acceptable uses. I do not approve of the use of profanity within articles unless it’s intrinsic to the subject, a specific reference such as the title of a literary, musical, or artistic work or a relevant qoutation.
