- 75.31.245.128 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) has continuously and repeatedly been doing the same edit (1, 2, 3), even after being warned, and along the way been removing content (4) and even reverting factual updates (5), although the source, which he deliberately disregards, clearly states a different figure. This is not the first time, as he has been repeatedly doing it some months ago with the exact same change of the figure.
