The 1960–61 Boston Celtics season was the 15th season for the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Celtics finished the season by winning their fourth NBA Championship. HoopsHype later ranked this squad as having the 12th easiest route to the NBA Finals championship in 2024 due to the record of their first round opponent, the Syracuse Nationals.[1]
