Updating template to reflect Wikipedia:Template documentation

Hello, I have noticed that the template documentation uses the depreciated

<noinclude>{{/doc}}</noinclude>

style of documentation. To make the template reflect the new template documentation, could this please be updated to that {{Documentation}} format as shown below.
