Flag size

[edit]

There has been some discussion about the usefulness of this. I suspect that if the flag were smaller it may not raise as many hackles. Is there any way to reduce the flag's size? --Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:02, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Okay Walter, I've set the size to 45 pixels ;-D Maiō T. (talk) 20:51, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Winners vs. Template:Winners-other

[edit]

Hello everybody, what's your opinion on these flagicons? A year ago, they were the same (100px wide). But then came User:Ohconfucius and (without any discussion) reduced it to 50px and then once more. I think, the best would be something in between. Maiō T. (talk) 22:22, 28 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted. The images were too large. Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:00, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

malformed template call

[edit]

Someone set {{{1}}} to sq in the §Final section of these articles

If one is to believe the table in the doc page, sq is not a supported keyword. As a result the rendered output of {{winners}} in these articles is nonsensical: Albanian: EGY (from the 2011 article)

I did not (will not) attempt to noodle out how this template works but apparently {{{1}}} is a keyword that is a template name. {{sq}} is a redirect to {{lang-sq}}. I am replacing instances of {{sq}} with {{langx|sq|...}} and will then delete {{sq}}. The already malformed rendering will become more malformed. But, that leaves sq free for squash...

I have created the relevant template (and documented {{sqw}} as an added bonus). – Jonesey95 (talk) 18:57, 11 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
