Use of {{Lowercase title}} template
[edit]To editor NeonMerlin: Wondering why you lowercased the "R" at the beginning of this rcat's name? It's nonstandard and inconsistent since all of the other rcats' titles begin with uppercase "R". Paine 23:33, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I don't actually know why that happened -- {{lowercase title}} is inside an <includeonly> tag. But all the category members should start with lowercase letters, because Java package names are (at least by convention) all lowecase. I don't know of any other rcat for which that's the case. - It transcludes itself so the <includeonly> part was still processed by the transclusion. I have used {{main other}} instead after a report. PrimeHunter (talk) 17:43, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
- Still in the dark as to why this is necessary. For one thing, this template is only used in mainspace, so it will exhibit an error box and make the redirect populate CAT:WRONG if it is "demonstrated elsewhere". Since the first letters of page titles are inherently non-case-sensitive by default, what's the big deal? Paine 19:47, 8 November 2015 (UTC)

- Never mind, I got it. Be prosperous! Paine 20:08, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
