Table layout
[edit]Group should be downward and period should be horizontal. But in this template the directions are incorrectly shown. Please correct it.--G.Kiruthikan (talk) 06:02, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
- Interesting. Of course, current layout is the regular layout for periodic table(s). Do you have any example or source that switches these two (transpone)? Would it make the essence more clear? -DePiep (talk) 08:33, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
Source?
[edit]Where does the data in this template come from? It's strange to see such an imporant template unreferenced.--R8R (talk) 16:38, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
- Probably Electronegativities of the elements (data page), which cites WebElements, CRC, and Lange. Double sharp (talk) 05:26, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
Francium
[edit]I don't see why Fr should have no value and I haven't heard a good explanation. What is it?
By the way, if you draw a horizontal line from Fr dot to the scale line, you'll see that both Fr's and Cs's values are closer to 0.5 than to 1.0. So again, ~0.8 remains unreferenced.--R8R (talk) 12:32, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
