Template:Editnotices/Page/List of Eagle Scouts can only be edited by administrators, page movers, and template editors. All editnotices (except those in userspace) are protected via MediaWiki:Titleblacklist, so the "protection" status as set by the protection tab is mostly irrelevant.

If the person is on the Master DESA List, then reference the entry with {{DESA}} in addition to other references

If the person is on the Master DESA List, then reference the DESA list in addition to any other references.
