Usage
[edit]This template expands a name to link to the appropriate Hauptbahnhof station article, without displaying "Hauptbahnhof".
The template shortcut comes from the German abbreviation Hauptbahnhof).
For example, {{hbf|Berlin}} expands to [[Berlin Hauptbahnhof|Berlin]].
Discretion should be used on whether to name the place itself or the station that serves it. In railway articles it is generally preferred to use the station unless specifically talking about the place served, for example that Aachen serves the city of Aachen.
Most German city central station articles follow the link form of terminating with "Hauptbahnhof".
