- Date, size, refs, neutrality, copyvio spotcheck, etc. all GTG, the only issue is the hook, which focuses on his parents/birth, not his achievements. - I know that there's some push against "person A from country B was born in country X" hooks, but an American being born in Nagasaki during that timeframe sounds fairly unusual.
