- Started on 11 January and nominated 5 days later.
- He has made his league debut, so notability is established. Currently rated Start-class, so eligible in that regard.
- Length is just about OK. I noticed when watching Final Score on Saturday that he scored in the match against Blackpool; perhaps add a sentence to mention that he has now scored his first league goal? BBC report
- Sourcing is good, and everything is backed up with one or more refs. Although ref [2] was derived from a piece in The Sun, it has been reprinted in a source which appears reliable so I'm happy with that.
- QPQ done.
- Hook fact verified. Catchily written hook.
- In the sentence about his preferred 9 position, perhaps link to a suitable section in Squad number (association football) and/or Association football positions?
