Tunji Otegbeye

[edit]
  • ... that after the socialist leader Tunji Otegbeye was arrested in 1969, the Soviet government pressured its Nigerian counterparts to guarantee his release?

  • I'm not sure that the article's primary source ([2]) is reliable. Can you say a little about that page's editorial oversight or its reputation for fact-checking?--Carabinieri (talk) 14:00, 12 May 2012 (UTC)
    • I don't agree that it is the primary source. It is mainly used for biographical info on background and education, and the details there seems to check out with other references (as several points reference 1 is used in combination with other references). It is not used for any controversial statements, nor to back up the hook. --Soman (talk) 08:53, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
  • Well, whether it is the primary source or not, it is one of the article's main sources.--Carabinieri (talk) 17:43, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
  • Reliability of current FN 1 not shown. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 03:40, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
