Tom Bayer
[edit]- ...
that Tom Bayer gave up his U.S. citizenship after serving in the United States Army during the Vietnam War?

- Meets the DYK length and creation date requirements. A bit of a question with the wording of the hook though: while strictly true in a chronological sense, it seems to imply that Bayer gave up his citizenship because of his army service in Vietnam. The text and the US Senate reference just seem to say that he gave it up to claim Vanuatu citizenship and don't mention Vietnam. Could this be clarified or reworded? --Canley (talk) 06:09, 18 December 2013 (UTC)
