Stonegate (York)
- ... that Stonegate, a street in York, is "narrow, quite long, and with a variety of good things"? Source: "One of the major streets of York... Stonegate is perhaps the most attractive and one of the busiest : narrow , quite long , and with a variety of good things – e.g. plenty of timber-framed and Georgian houses, and many fine shopfronts". Source: Pevsner, Yorkshire: York and the East Riding, p. 233

- Article is long enough, and has recently been written to replace a redirect. There is no copyvio that I can detect, and it is reliably sourced and neutrally written. Source is offline, but I have a copy and it supports the hook, which is charming. The article is well-written, although I'd suggest some use of semi-colons in place of commas in the final paragraph (which contains serial lists where there are commas within the listed items). Overall this looks good to go. GirthSummit (blether) 13:00, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
