Shoot (Hellblazer)
[edit]- ... that Warren Ellis resigned from writing DC Comics' Hellblazer after the company refused to publish the school shooting-centered story "Shoot"?
- ALT1:... that the comic "Shoot", originally scheduled for publication in a 1999 issue of Hellblazer, was not published until 2010?
- Comment: Feel free to suggest alt hooks.

- The article is new enough and well referenced. 33% copyvio detected but I understand that is due to quotations. The nominator has less than 3 DYK credits, so QPQ is not application. But the part of the hook which says "scheduled for publication in a 1999 issue of Hellblazer" neither used in the article nor cited. - @Krishna Chaitanya Velaga: Thank you for reviewing this! Here's a source that mentions it was in 1999: "that was fifteen years ago" (the article was written in 2014) and "it is no easier now than back in 1999 to say...". JOEBRO64 12:53, 14 January 2018 (UTC)
- @TheJoebro64: The source is good, I have no problem with that. But the hook must be present in the article. Regards, Krishna Chaitanya Velaga (talk • mail) 21:39, 14 January 2018 (UTC)
