- Interesting, on good sources, no copyvio obvious. I like the original hook a bit better, but both are fine. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:06, 10 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hello, I came to promote this, but while a very interesting article with interesting hooks, I'm not sure how this report is notable enough for an article. A search for sources doesn't seem to show much coverage specifically about the report, merely stories that cite it. Even the BBC news article that is used as a reference in the article seems to talk more about the UK's gender gap in general than the report itself. What is the report's claim to notability, and does it meet the notability guidelines for academic papers? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 11:34, 14 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Narutolovehinata5. It is quite broadly known and referred to in UK engineering circles. The article is a bit bare bone sat the moment. I will try to pull in some more secondary sources tomorrow. It has been mentioned frequently in parliament (as recorded in Hansard) for example, and there are national newspaper articles also - Dumelow (talk) 18:17, 15 October 2018 (UTC)
- I've expanded the article a little with some more sources. Let me know what you think. Happy to take this to AfD if you like - Dumelow (talk) 14:04, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks. Restoring tick as I believe the new content establishes the report's notability. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 09:52, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
