Old Chappaqua Historic District
[edit]- ... that the Quaker meetinghouse (pictured) in the Old Chappaqua Historic District, the oldest building in New Castle, New York, was used to treat Continental Army casualties of the Battle of White Plains?

- Article has been expanded 5x, has inline citations throughout, image is free, QPQ done. The sentence containing the hook doesn't have an inline citation. I assume it's reference #2, which is at the end of the paragraph, but the link to that reference didn't work for me (could be my computer, I suppose). NinaGreen (talk) 02:04, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
- 5x expansion, inline cites OK, images is PD, QPQ done and hook is cited in the header and supported by this source on pg5: In 1753 the residents constructed the wood-frame Meetinghouse to which wounded soldiers were brought after the Battle of White Plains ... -- Esemono (talk) 07:04, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
- I was going to fix it or check it but I've been surprisingly busy today. Thanks! Daniel Case (talk) 01:58, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
- The final half of the hook (Continental Army casualties treated) was not inline cited by the end of the sentence in which the claim is made, as required by DYK rules; I've added the cite to avoid this hook being pulled later. Nina was quite right in not giving this the final tick absent that added inline citation; it isn't enough to note it here without adding it there. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:19, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
