Yeah, it takes me 17 days to get any feedback, and now I am too busy to do anything about it. Withdrawn.

NOAAS Gordon Gunter (R 336)
[edit]- ... that NOAAS Gordon Gunter (pictured), prior to joining the NOAA fleet was a United States Navy Military Sealift Command Stalwart-class ocean surveillance ship, USNS Relentless?
5x expanded by EricSerge (talk). Self nominated at 19:54, 13 January 2014 (UTC).
- Article expanded 5x within the past 5 days. Prose section is long enough. Hook is cited. The major issue is WIkipedia:close paraphrasing from NOAA's website. See duplication detector's results. While NOAA documents are in the public domain, the contributor should rewrite the problematic sections of the article in his own words in order to avoid plagiarism. - I have rewritten some of the sections. I am afraid that the DD will continue to pick up Dr. Gunter's titles and employers, other proper names, and technical details. It is a fault of the program. EricSerge (talk) 15:09, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, the problems go beyond just titles, and encompass more than just that source. Compare for example "An acoustically quieted research ship, Gordon Gunter is able to serve as a useful platform from which to study and observe marine mammals" with "an acoustically quieted research ship, it serves as an excellent platform for the study and observation of marine mammals". Please check thoroughly for similarities in phrasing and structure. Nikkimaria (talk) 18:05, 2 February 2014 (UTC)
