Maulana Azad Stadium

Length, date and hook fact checks out, good to go. However, the grammar in the hook is a bit odd, I'd suggest ALT1: "... that three bombs went off during the Governor General's speech at the 1995 Republic Day Parade at the Maulana Azad Stadium in Jammu?"

Agree that there are problems with original hook, but a hook with grammatical problems is not ready to be promoted. Until a satisfactory hook has been agreed upon by nominator and reviewer, the nomination should not be approved. Here's another suggestion; you may not want the new final three words (which are AGF; the accessible Pittsburgh source says "at least seven", so I'm assuming the "eight" given in the article is from the off-line source), but the rest is a cleaner statement of what's in the original and first alternate:
