Kanai Pal
[edit]... that Trotskyist state legislator Kanai Pal was jailed soon after being elected in 1962?

- Date, size, neutrality, and copyvio are ok. There are two problems. First, the article does not say he was jailed after being elected. It says he was jailed multiple times (but not when), and that he was detained after said election, but detained =/= jailed. This needs to be clarified. Second, and this is not a DYK-stopping issue, but it would be really nice to see his birth and death dates in the article. PS. I'd also strongly suggest adding the word Indian to the hook. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 04:05, 28 November 2016 (UTC)
