Johann Frint
- ... that lingering permanent disabilities led flying ace Johann Frint to join the Austro-Hungarian Aviation Troops? Source: O'Connor, p. 145: "Frint was involved in very heavy fighting and...was severely wounded. The severity of his injuries and the degree of permanent disability that they imposed on him were such...he would never again be considered for front line infantry service...he applied for transfer to the Army Air Corps." (in WP, the Austro-Hungarian Aviation Troops)

- Comment: World War I aviation was a flight surgeon's nightmare.
5x expanded by Georgejdorner (talk). Self-nominated at 02:03, 17 December 2021 (UTC).
- Hi Georgejdorner, review follows: article 5x expanded on 13 December; exceeds minimum length and is well written (though you may want to consider if "met his end" contravenes MOS:EUPH); article cited inline throughout to two sources that I do not have access to but look to be reliable; happy to AGF that there is no copyright violation from those sources; hook fact is mentioned in article, happy to AGF it is supported by source cited and quoted above; a QPQ has been carried out. Looks fine to me - Dumelow (talk) 09:49, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
- Right after "met his end", I wrote "he was killed"--scarcely a euphemism. Still, your comment is a point well taken. Many thanks for the review.Georgejdorner (talk) 16:21, 18 December 2021 (UTC)
