- Nice hooks, and a nice submission for Black History Month. The article is new enough, long enough, neutrally written, and adequately sourced. No close paraphrasing seen in online sources. Two paragraphs, however, lack citations per DYK rules (that last sentence about his retirement probably should be incorporated into a longer paragraph.) Offline hook refs AGF and cited inline.
